These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nikol.ai Academy website, coaching programs, memberships, and related services (the "Services"), operated by NEMS LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, USA ("Nikol.ai Academy", "we", "us"). By accessing the Services, booking a session, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Nikol.ai Academy provides live and recorded educational coaching on the practical use of AI, including a one-time private Foundation Session, level-based memberships ("floors"), group and 1:1 coaching, learning materials, and verifiable completion diplomas. Session availability, formats, and content may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features.
New members are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described in the Refund Policy. It applies to your first purchase and is subject to the conditions set out there.
All course materials, recordings, templates, prompts, and content are owned by NEMS LLC or its licensors. On payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share access with others. Diplomas certify your completion and may not be altered or forged.
You agree not to misuse the Services, share your account, disrupt sessions, harass others, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
The Services are educational. We share methods, coaching, and tools, but we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or professional outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
The Services reference and may integrate third-party tools (e.g. AI providers, Stripe, video platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, which you use at your own risk.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEMS LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
