Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Nikol.ai Academy, operated by NEMS LLC. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind the academy. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first purchase within 30 days of that purchase by emailing hello@nikolai.academy from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

2. Memberships (monthly floors)

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal.
After the initial 30-day guarantee window, monthly payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial months. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

3. The Foundation Session

The one-time Foundation Session is refundable under the 30-day guarantee if requested before the session takes place. Once the live session has been delivered, it is considered rendered and is non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@nikolai.academy with the email on your account and your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (for example, EU/Swiss withdrawal rights for consumers). Where you expressly request that a live digital service begins during any statutory withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right to withdraw may end once the service has been fully performed.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the matter is reviewed.
